Darin Epsilon has been an influential driving force in the Progressive scene for nearly 20 years, his impact expanding across the Electronic Music world. Through his work as DJ, producer, radio host, and label owner, his genuine appreciation for Underground Electronic Music can be heard within every role. As a DJ he has traversed the globe, playing at some of the biggest and most highly renowned festivals and venues, alongside legends like Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, John Digweed, Sasha, James Zabiela, Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond and many more. His productions have been released on legendary labels including Renaissance, Sudbeat, Hope Recordings, Perfecto, Armada, and Black Hole, as well as his own highly respected label: Perspectives Digital. As the man behind Perspectives, Darin has been curating the best of the Underground, discovering new talent and bringing them into the limelight with this carefully crafted releases and popular radio show.

With such a wide range of experience in the industry, and a career that has required an intense level of dedication, it was a pleasure to speak with Darin and get his insight into the music of yesterday, today, and tomorrow. From his beginnings working at a record store and running a college radio station, he talks all about how he got started, and what he thinks of the scenes he’s been involved in as he’s moved from Chicago, to LA, and most recently Berlin. He discusses sticking to your roots, being authentic, and the importance of having creative freedom, while giving some excellent advice to those who are looking to get started in the industry today.
